Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world and make sure we offer you the highest level of responsiveness at all times.

The order delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, assembly, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 48 hours of the order being placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes up to 5 business days.
Delivery Time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be delivered from our warehouse to your door after the manufacturer has processed the order. We apologize that shipping delays may occur if the package sent requires customs clearance/inspection or due to shipping delays by the carrier.
